In order to meet the increasing demand also with its cutting production capacities, the Schwarzmüller Group counts on two ZINSER cutting systems, one at the headquarters in Hanzing (Freinberg, Austria), and one in Dunaharaszti (Hungary).
The Liebherr group has invested in two new ZINSER 4025s for their production site in Biberach, enabling processing of plates up to 300 mm thickness. The exceptional technology was not the only reason for Liebherr to invest in the new cutting machines from ZINSER. Finding a long-term, strategic partner for the realization of various cutting projects was an equally important factor.
When preparing steel products with welding bevels, the company Arpogaus from Wiggensbach counts on its 5-axes-controlled ZINSER 4025 with plasma bevel head. Thanks to its extreme robustness and high dynamic, welding preparation becomes child’s play. With its new ZINSER machine, Arpogaus was able to combine two processing steps into one and thereby achieve substantial savings in time and energy.
