Return of goods

RMA : Return Material Authorization

To ensure fast, reliable, and error-free processing of your returns, ZINSER uses RMA numbers (Return Material Authorization). Please request an RMA number before sending any product back and follow the procedure below:

  1. Complete the RMA form
    Fill out the form completely and accurately, and send it to your responsible ZINSER sales representative (by fax or e-mail).

  2. One RMA number per item
    A separate RMA number must be requested for each item.

  3. Receive your RMA number
    You will receive your RMA number(s) from us without delay.

  4. Include the form and label the package
    Print out the completed RMA form, include a copy with your shipment, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Send your return to the following address:

Important:
Shipments without a valid RMA number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Important Notice for Shipments from Non-EU Countries

Shipments from non-EU countries (especially the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway) can only be accepted after prior consultation.

Due to strict customs regulations, uncoordinated shipments may lead to significant delays, additional administrative work, and extra costs.
