We have taken various measures in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees, while remaining a reliable business partner for you as long as possible. At the same time, we hope that our economy will not be further weakened by delayed projects or postponed plans. Therefore, you can reach us during our usual service hours. Service for our machines and devices via phone and remote access is possible at any time. All physical contacts, however, have been reduced as far as possible.
Due to our voluminous stocks, we continue to have almost every spare part and consumable on stock, and maintain our usual short lead times. Orders placed before 12:00h will therefore usually ship the same day.
