the most recent development has led to unprecedented measures affecting all areas of public and private life. We at ZINSER are also taking the current situation serious, and we would like to keep you up-to-date with the latest news from ZINSER in this respect. Therefore, we will continue to inform our business partners whenever significant news take place.
We have taken various measures in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees, while remaining a reliable business partner for you as long as possible. At the same time, we hope that our economy will not be further weakened by delayed projects or postponed plans. Therefore, you can reach us during our usual service hours. Service for our machines and devices via phone and remote access is possible at any time. All physical contacts, however, have been reduced as far as possible. Under the circumstances, we have to refrain from any travel outside of the Schengen area and from receiving guests in our premises until further notice.
Due to our voluminous stocks, we continue to have almost every spare part and consumable on stock, and maintain our usual short lead times. Orders placed before 12:00h will therefore usually ship the same day.
As per today, no single ZINSER employees has been diagnosed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19, so production runs without any impairment. We will keep you informed about any significant changes. For a most actual picture, please consult our website.
